Acceptance of Terms: PremierDoctors.com is wholly owned and operated by LawInfo.com, Inc. (hereafter known as LawInfo). PremierDoctors.com makes this information available to assist consumers in making decisions relating to beauty-enhancing plastic surgery.
In order to use the Services, you must have access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.
PremierDoctors.com and all other Lawinfo's Web sites and listings are for the use of all professionals, businesses, organizations and association in the plastic surgery industry. Lawinfo is not responsible for any content, goods and services offered through the Web sites. Lawinfo does not review or edit the data submitted to create the Web sites and/or listings.
PremierDoctors.com and Lawinfo reserve the right to remove any Web site, Web page, Banner and/or advertisement listing at any time at its sole discretion. User agrees to use the Lawinfo service in an ethical and professional manner to promote his/her services to the general public and/or medical profession.
PremierDoctors.com and Lawinfo are not responsible for any loss of data or business resulting from system or network breakdown or outage or any other reason.
If any information provided by user is untrue, misleading, inaccurate or in any other way offensive, PremierDoctors.com and Lawinfo reserve the right to refuse any and all future use of the service by User.
User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all content on his/her Web site. User agrees that it is solely his/her responsibility to comply with advertising rules for his profession and/or state. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PremierDoctors.com, Lawinfo and their officers, employees and affiliated entities for any loss, claim, liability and/or monetary damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from the use of the Lawinfo service.
PremierDoctors.com and Lawinfo reserve the right: To deny or terminate service to anyone for any or no reason. To display text and/or images throughout the service. To inform User by mail, phone, fax or e-mail of technological advances, additional products and services offered by PremierDoctors.com and Lawinfo. To modify, change or discontinue the services with or without notice to User. User is responsible for his password (if any), User's account, and all activity under User's account and/or password. User retains the copyright and trademark in materials on User's Web site as long as User has copyright and trademark rights to said materials prior to publication on User's Web site.
User agrees that content and information contained in the PremierDoctors.com and Lawinfo service is protected by proprietary rights and laws. User shall not copy, reproduce and/or distribute any content and/or information without express written authorization by Lawinfo.

PREMIERDOCTORS.COM AND LAWINFO PROVIDE NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES ABILITY TO MEET USER'S REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. PREMIERDOCTORS.COM AND LAWINFO PROVIDE NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
PREMIERDOCTORS.COM AND LAWINFO PROVIDE NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OR FROM INDIVIDUAL WEB SITES OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH SUCH WEB SITES.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED OR ARISING FROM USER'S SERVICE PROVIDED BY PREMIERDOCTORS.COM AND LAWINFO, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
USER AGREES THAT PREMIERDOCTORS.COM AND LAWINFO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF LAWINFO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
USER FURTHER AGREES THAT PREMIERDOCTORS.COM AND LAWINFO SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM, THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL, INADVERTENT OR ADVERTENT.
The parties agree that all disputes arising out of or in connection with this insertion order shall be submitted to binding arbitration, which arbitration shall be governed by the rules set by the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration, if necessary shall occur at mutually acceptable location.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT AND HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF ITS TERMS.
