Premier Doctors is not a doctor referral program. All doctors are encouraged to apply for the program, free of charge, although some doctors will not qualify. Doctors who earned the Premier Doctor designation and have chosen to sponsor premier sections of the directory do pay a fee. Doctors listed in the preferred listing section have not been pre-screened but have paid a fee to be listed.
